Book an evening-only wedding reception at The Pear Tree for any date within the next six months and pay the following for venue hire:
• Sunday – Thursday – £1,500
• Friday and Saturday – £2,000

NIGHT BEFORE OFFER
Book the night before your wedding with no venue hire fee!
One day just isn’t enough to soak in the enchanting world of The Pear Tree—so why not make your wedding celebration last even longer? For remaining 2025 dates*, we’re offering you the chance to book the night before your big day without the extra venue hire fee!
To extend your celebration, book our luxury on-site accommodation in full. Then, you’ll have exclusive access to The Pear Tree from 4 pm the night before. Plus, our team will work with you to create a bespoke food and drink experience that’s completely tailored to you.

2025 Wedding Package Terms and Conditions
- Offer available for new bookings only. Bookings must be made by 30th June 2025.
- Not valid for previously confirmed or cancelled bookings.
- This offer is exclusively for weddings taking place until the end of March 2026.
- Includes reception canapes, and 3-course meal, and drinks for 50 guests:
- Choose from our menu with options that match the package value:
- Starter (£13), Main (£38), Dessert (£10)
- Reception drink (£3.90), Wine (£12), Toasting wine (£5.40)
- Choose from our menu with options that match the package value:
- Evening food includes pizza for 50 guests (or an equivalent value up to £950). Upgrades available for an additional fee.
- Additional guests
- Additional day guests: £100 per person
- Additional evening-only guests: £19 per person
- 4 guest bedrooms and the honeymoon suite are included.
- A cleaning fee of £40 per room applies.
- Additional bedrooms can be booked at £155 – £195 per room depending on the day of the week.
- Photobooth hire is included for free as part of this offer.
To secure your date, the following payment structure applies:
- £1,650 non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of booking
- 75% of the balance due 2 months after booking
- Final balance due 2 months before your wedding day
Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in Point 5 of our Booking Terms & Conditions.
We recommend all couples take out wedding insurance for added peace of mind.
