For exclusive festive celebrations, our private Christmas party package offers you the sole use of The Pear Tree, its grounds, and on-site accommodation.
Guests can enjoy drinks on arrival to start the festivities, followed by a delicious three-course meal with half a bottle of wine per person.
After the meal service, unwind with a cosy tea and coffee station accompanied by delicious mince pies, followed by dancing the night away in The Bartlett Bat and Lounge. At the end of the night, there are 18 bedrooms for guests to stay overnight at the venue.

If you are looking for an enchanting venue for a smaller-group celebration, our shared Christmas party night may be the perfect choice. Whether you are planning a work Christmas celebration or a get-together with a group of friends, Party at the Pear Tree offers an elegant and festive experience that is fully organised for you.
Guests can enjoy welcome drinks and a delicious three-course meal. After the meal, our DJ will provide the soundtrack to your evening on the dancefloor. Tickets are sold individually, with tables seating eight guests each.
